I guess this was a nice lead up workout. Kinda got my mojo thrown off by the last few days. Didnt double this morning, ESTEMED instead with Jess. My hammy got shocked boi! Anyways it felt better after that. Chilled around during the day, stretching here and there, but overall it was way looser than it had been all week. Had to go for the run. Practice was compressed because of Rosh Hashanah. Got taped and heated and BioFreezed. Good. Workout was a pace change interval session. People under 60 miles/week were on 3,5,5,5,3. Mileage should be 58 (?Which gorups?) but its messed up this week, so i went the short. Warm up on Fairhill, feeling dec. THen some drills and then we hit the loops.

Was up for the first one, then I had to tie my shoe, and I wanted to feel it out, so I fell back with Aaron. We stuck together for most of it well. Fell off on the last 3 min section... My legs felt so heavy from not running the past few days. Not great. The bottom of my hammy, near the back of the knee, felt kinda sore too. The stretch that was bad felt fine though. I think things are moving around. Anywyas didnt take it too hard, but I got this worked out so that I can fly on Friday. Races are different, and I know how important. I had to let this run its course... I can still feel it. Its all about the patience.

Cooled down back to Veale. I am going to lift Sat because I couldnt fit it in. Stretched Static 3, then hit up the ankle and hammy exersices downstairs. Back up to Roll, L7, and abs. Had to book it out for Dinner with Thea's relatives... So legit it was a lot of fun. Look how far I have gone in the past year... looks good.

It has also been a year since we lost Coach Fravil. Its hard to believe... He believed in all of us and truly loved the sport. I miss him a lot... I will see the potential that he saw in me, and bring it to fully to life. I feel like I am on my way to that.
