Not my long run but nonetheless a long day. Started out and ran 4 by myself, then back to the house and 8 more or so with drew, ckells, steve, and little joe. Back to the house, then down to Veale for the lifting I missed Wednesday. I did 4 sets to make sure that I had some decent lifting in this week after Monday...and then I did hurdles (except over-under since I had that in the lift with a hop!).

Then, stretching, rolling, abs, with Little Joe. I was really excited to put my CD in the sound system on the track, pumped me up.
