Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
15 minute warmup, then 5x5 minutes hard 2 minutes off and 10 minute cooldown. Good workout, really good effort. But I still feel lazy not running. Still aiming for a week on the "1 week to 3 months" spectrum. As of now, seems kinda realistic because I can wear close toed shoes now without it hurting a lot.
