Weather: It wouldnt be a workout without a little rain

Comments:
Went up North Park around the lakes for a fartlek. Definitely feeling like I'm over the sickness today. Felt really strong. The fartlek was long intervals on short rest. So basically a glorified much split tempo. Felt really strong throughout. I was able to really move and even thought I was going too easy at times. I really tried to push the last few intervals. Overall a very encouraging workout.

2 mile WU up right after Coventry. Misc drills on the road there and a pit stop.

Fartlek: Hard segments (in minutes) 3,5,3,5,3,5,3
After the 3min hard 30sec rest, 5min hard 1min rest

CD 2 miles back to Veale
Static 3, Roll, ibis x 40, hips, pushups, pullups and dips, much more legit ice bath at the house
