Comments:
5 minute warmup, 3x10 minutes hard 5 recovery then 5 minute cooldown. Still feel lazy. Hopefully will test it out Wednesday or Thursday, but I know its gonna be slow getting back into it....meh. I need to stop think/reffering to the part of my foot as "mr. lump" because the "mr" slipped today and revealed its (his) identity. Lots of icing today. I really do need to sleep more.
