4 X 1500/2' with some strides at the end. Felt relaxed but taxed; my heartrate peaked at 181; estimated average of 177 over the 4 intervals.

Kate saw a furry catepillar.

Edit: joke of the week. Someone had put a lost or disguarded winter hat on the bridge on Long Pond so I said "It's so cold out even the bridges are wearing hats!" Had the two of them in stiches.
