Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I wish that I had seen Tom's advice on running with a cold BEFORE the race, or how about maybe I should have told Tom how shitty I felt. I felt so weak and dizzy warming up, but even though my mind and body were telling me not to run...guess what...I raced, if you can call it that. I felt like crap from the begining and it got worse. Eventually it was just a goal to finish as I shut down. Totally embarrassing (even the blubbering message I left on Tom's voicemail), but...it makes me all the more motivated to get better and get faster. Plus, I will never race when I feel this way again!
