Comments:
Ran tonight with LB, lc, and Jason Leman (PDX). It's race week for LB, so we did the Ridgeline trail and hike all the way up to Spencer, but then the trail all the way back! This wound up being about ten slow miles.
Very rainy and foggy - it was crazy in the woods. Cold near the end. Legs felt really good 'til about the last mile.
