Double Hill Workout

Comments:
Really really sore, expecially in the quads but whatever. Workout was 20x "quarter equivalents. Which was 2 50 second runs essentially back to back and then 3 sets of 5 of the double hil workout. Ran all the hills in 47/48 so that was a confiedence booster, kept it real consistent except on the last one (44) and the 11th one (42). 2 of them gene had us go up backwards and went 60 on each one of those, the weight training is starting to kick in I think, I can feel it in my arm swing, its much faster and stronger. Short cooldown cause the treadmills gay.
