Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Caught CKells and Ethan after they did the first part of their run. Still pretty stiff and tired when we started, especially because it was early. Headed out on NP, to courtland, then turned around. Felt better as the run went on. Weather was beatufil as usual. Good run I felt a lot looser than yesterday. Ankles fine too

Got back, Chris went to add on. Stretch, roll, L7 and sme ankle band stuff, more in the afternoon. Ill probably ice a little too. Night shakeout for a little spirituality and to get in those last few miles.
