I actually ran pretty well today. I'm definitely getting back in pretty solid shape and am finally healthy. The conditions kind of sucked because the grass was way too long and it was super hot, so the times were pretty slow, but I competed well. I think the course probably ran 40-60 seconds slow today so I'm pretty happy.
