This was a great interval run! I did Robert Kennedy's training run from Oxygen magazine.

I did everything the same on this run except for the first 3 minutes I walked at 4.0mph rather than 3.5 and I added an additional 7 minutes to the run at 6.0mph with a 2.5% incline. It really got my heart rate up and this workout was really challenging since I don't typically run hills on the tredmill because I find them hard! But, this was a nice challenge for me.
