Didnt realize how sore I was from lifting yesterday, could barely even move my arms. Could really feel it in my back and lats, ughhh. And my legs were still sore to top it all off. Glad I got it out of the way though. Might take off tomorrow, the way I felt today was just, horrible. I think my body might just need a break. Last tuesday was a race, wednesday was long intervals, thursday was short ones and friday was a hard long run. Pretty solid 4 days right there. Also of note, went pretty hard for about 200 meters when I passed a group of quite attractive feminine runners so really the average pace of the run was about 7:30-7:35 or so.
