Sunday Long Run

I started off a bit sore at the start of the run, but then got feeling pretty good after about 15 minutes, and it was a solid long run until about mile 16. From there I just ran out of gas and the top of my hamstring started to feel a little sketchy. So the last 3 weren't very much fun.
