ran outside with coach rowe,pate,sky and neon. we did the 4 mile greenbelt country club loop, then a workout inside. 5,4,3,2,1 upstairs 3 miles inside. 5 laps at tempo, 4 laps recovery, and likewise down the line. good workout.. legs felt much better today
