Felt weird on the warmup today. It's hard to describe. Just kinda tired, kinda weird legs, just weird. But I had a real good workout today. The 1000's felt awesome. Really really strong on those. I definitely feel like this is an attainable 5k pace for next semester. I was a little less happy with the 8's but that was over shadowed by the 1000's. Felt really smooth on the 2's at the end. Really good on those.
