Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Didn't run in RF because I had to leave too early. Got back at 2, worked 3-530, then ran. Thankfully it stayed dry for the duration of my run.
Felt tired and clunky for 30min, then warmed-up on Fairmount/Campus. WOrked pelvic mobility.
Back at work helping Britt w/form, I recorded myself: the R foot still ER's, but the trunk and pelvis are a ton better.
