Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Great workout. Since my season is basically over after Oberlin, my workout was:
3x tempo 1000 with 2 min rest
1 x goal race pace 800 with 3 min rest
8 x 200 fast with 200 jog recovery
wound up doing 200 meters between each.

Ran most of it with Steve and Jeff. The thousands felt like easy pace, as did the 8 which was great. 2's are always fun for me. We were shooting for 37ish on the first four but that didn't quite happen. The second four I just needed to open up and I did, and it felt awesome. Nothing like blow up your legs fast but really really nice. Splits:

Jogged probably around a thousand meters with Jim before stretching lightly. Headed back to Veale with David and Chris to get the lift in.

Lift: Week 4 Day 1. Moving up in the skullcrushers wrecked my triceps

Abs: Eagle x 30
Stretch: one of the Static series
Ice bath x 10 minutes and then hustle to get to Fribley.
