Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
some land some sea. Ran a few times on the promenade deck. Three laps equals 1 mile. Each lap you climb fourteen satairs and a short wile later 5 more. Of course on the other side of the ship you climb down. It is amazing how much more work that is.
