Comments:
8x600m repeats at 5k pace with 3-4 minute recovery. Good workout actually. Hate the treadmill, but sometimes that's my only option and it was ok tonight. Maybe because they were interval repeats? Who knows. Can NOT get that Gavin Degraw song out of my head... not one bit.
Arrgghhhhh... why am I having such a hard time getting to 100% over Lianne? I'm at 85% and stalling. Time time time, I know...
