ran with zero today on the big country loop. i only slept 2 hours last night so i was so tired today. The markers coach put down were really weird so i have no idea if i took the correct splits. i felt like i picked it up every mile but times didn't show it. oh well i'll google the route later. splits were 6:14-6:25-6:20-6:02
