Did our first fast interval workout today. Felt kind of dead legged going into it but the workout as a whole felt smooth and easy. We did the first five in flats and then switched to spikes for the second half of the workout. The first five were around 62 (the second one was slow in 63). Then we turned it up a little and hit 61s and 60s for the next four. The last one was in 59, closing in 28 the second half. I actually felt fast today and this gives me a lot of confidence in my ability to break 4:10 this Saturday. It's gonna be a great race.
