Comments:
Did my normal tuesday run past shaker high and back. Legs were sore but not necessarily tired from yesterday. Nice run, striders once back. 32 laps in the pool, 7 strokes : 1 breath. Then, I came back up to stretch, roll, do hips, do abs, do push-ups. AKA - DO work.
