Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Workout at the track. 4 x 1000, 3 x 800 and then 8 x 200. Our first two thousands were not fast enough at 3:12, felt way to easy. So we sped up, our next two were at 3:06 which still felt good. The 800s were 2:25, 2:20, 2:15. Then, the 200s were 29 (yes my legs actuslly move that fast, whoa!) - 31. Good workout. At the end I was pretty tired and sore. Lifting at the track and then back to Veale to stretch, ice and roll.
The gap between us and Chris in workouts is closing, now we need to close it. As he reminded me.
Abs, push ups, and hips back at home.
