Comments:
Stupid ass workout where we lift 10 times and run 3-4 laps in the wrestling room. Did some of the lifts hard and some of them easy, actually ran kinda fast on 70% of the laps, mileage is obvious an estimate. Time was about 28-32 minutes so its probs closer to 4 miles but oh well.
