Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Went at 4, workout was supposed to be 3 miles w/ 3 minutes, 2 miles w/ 2 minutes and then 1 mile.
Warmed up a mile to MLK then did drills in the parking lot. My shin was bugging me this morning but got better as the day went on. It wasn't really bugging me that much at first on the way out, but i could really feel it after i restarted after getting stopped at a light. I finished the 3 miles and felt alright everywhere else, but the shin made me want to err on the side of caution, so I just rode with Coach Barnes back to the mile mark and then in from there, and then back to Veale. In the weightroom for the lift. Kinda disappointed I couldn't do the whole workout, but racing Saturday is more important.
