Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I wasn't sure what to expect with my hamstring the way it was, but the trainer had me do some stretches and exercises that helped. I made it through the tempo no problem, but after I stopped and cooled down it got crazy tight and I had to slow jog it back in. Not sure what to think about it.
The tempo was harder than I thought it would be, but it still was alright. I was supposed to start at 5:45 and drop :15 each mile.
