great workout, best of the year. breathing much better. 3k, 3k, 2k, 2k in 10:45 (went out slower closed faster), 10:30, 6:57, 6:44. aerobically felt perfectly fine, could hold a conversation easily after each interval. Legs still felt tired and quads were sore. Still a great workout: really happy with this.
