MLK 3-2-1

Comments:
3-2-1 split tempo workout on MLK. Peter, Chris & Chris, David and I all ran as a group, hitting 16:21, 10:52, and 5:29. Good to be together. Legs felt a bit tired from monday but the breathing was good to go. I just need several days of recovery. Then, to the track for 6 x 200 which I stayed smooth on, and then back to Veale.

Lifting x 3 sets, stretching, rolling, gluteals, abs, push-ups.

Ice bath.
