Comments:
With Chris from the house. We had a long long lunch, then kinda took naps at the house, so we were tired and beat. Chill run did not push or go real slow. Just natural. Beautiful weather out, but the sidewalks were covered in leaves and I couldnt see the ground, made me kinda nervous. Legs felt way better than yesterday. I didnt feel fast, but I wasnt super sore.
Back to the house, stretched, hips, L7 and planks, then some rolling upstairs. I want to do a wall hang, and some ankles and ice tonight. Ill just be chilling and getting ahead for the weekend. Excited for Oberlin, I feel like every race is a step up, and I want to keep rising.
