Comments:
10 X hill in BP no breaks 'cept for the jog back dow. Did them as hard as I could with SW. Planned to do as many as I could while keeping the quality up.

Maybe could have done more but I had tickets to Bruins Alumni game at 7.

Did three smaller hills at the end. Wore no watch for this one.
