Great race today, finally PR'd! My first 2 miles were good, then I started tightening up and hung with the pack and didn't keep moving up like I should have, but I got back at it on the last mile. Splits were (5:37, 5:46, 6:08, 6:10, 5:44) About a 20 second PR so I'd say it was a good day. Track time now!
