Weather: in the field house mostly, had to retreat from the heavy rain

Comments:
warmed up 15 mins on the track, 12 mins at steady state on the track, did my LT on the "dreadmill" pumping up the incline for 30 secs every 5 mins.

Did my cool down outside.
