Exercise Type: Swim
Comments:
Struggled to hit 40 sec on 50s. Most were right at 45 sec and had no rest before starting next interval. Arms tired from Monday's workout, and lane was clogged with swimmers. I stayed at the back of the pack, and finished with the group. Monday I was hitting 1:17-1:18 for the 100s, and 38-36 sec descending for the 50s. That's more like it!
