4*200 @ 5k pace = :38-:39. 200 jog rest
4*400 fast = :68-70. 400 jog rest
4*800 @ 5k pace = 2:31-2:32. 400 jog rest
CD, stretch

solid workout. mainly w/ Tim, Ethan, Chris, Ryan. Legs started tight and never loosened up even with warmup, drills, leg swings; didn't slow me down though, luckily. team meeting w/ Dave Diles afterwards.

may end up with anywhere from 65-75 miles this week depending on how good I'm feeling
