Comments:
I'm ridiculously sore today. Yesterday's circuit of pain has caused the most soreness of any circuit to date. Either that, or it just added on to my soreness from saturday and monday. I've been constantly sore now since saturday.
Anyways... I ran really slowly today. I had to give constant effort just to keep pace in the 200's, and I added time for each additional lap (the 600 was at what is normally my tempo pace). The last two 200's I busted out my pace (finally!) but I was so sore that I felt like I had already gotten plenty out of this workout. I'll prolly be sore again tomrrow =)
