Again, I was planning on a 3-4 mile run but then decided to go for 5. I find that the 3-4 miles are becoming easy for me and 5 miles is a nice happy medium. Maybe my next goal could be to run 3 miles in under 8 min/mile! That is FAST for me, since I started at an average of 10 min miles.
