Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Got a late start, which was nice. Met Dan to run, but also turned out to be Meghan. Drove to Goodman Ck and did a long run: up Hardesty, cutoff to Mt June, then down Eagles Rest/Goodman Ck.
Felt AWESOME. We kept it really easy (1:15 up Hardesty); I was working the pelvis and it made me run too fast for the group, but it felt great. Very cool weather: fog with sun!
Run was 4.25hr, so about 23, let's call it... Felt great. Very little soreness. No aches/pains.
