Comments:
Odd warmup, like 10 minutes jog, drills, then was told at the last minute that girls and jv guys are combined so we got like 2 strides in. Felt ok at beginning, but then by like a mile I realized that today really wasnt going to be a good day, wasnt the usual midrace fatigue. I was hopeful that I bounced back from Saturday, but it obviously zapped or got me more than I thought (or more than I hoped). I hope that I'm not doing anything wrong at this point, because even though I'm not doing too well, the drive and the want is there more than ever, even though its just not coming through in times or races right now. Hopefully this shinding will sort itself out in a few days, because I would really like a hard workout sometime this week to make up for today. 2 laps cooldown
