probably going to swim more often because i realized that biking kind of hurts my knees. it might be the different range of motion, but it definitely bothers me more than running has. i'm going to ice them a ton but if it keeps getting worse i might have to talk to jess. hopefully not. i dont want it to be anything big. running again tomorrow. easy though.
