Weather: Cold, windy, and a little icy
Comments:
4xMile repeats at towers with 5 minutes rest in between. Felt awful during the day, calves hurt like crazy just walking, and warming up felt sluggish too. However, once the workout started it wasn't so bad. 5:13 5:14 5:15 5:09. Workout itself wasn't so hard but every hill felt particularly tough. Wind was tough on the sunny side and the ice was annoying on the shady side
