bleh workout at towers

Weather: very cold and a little windy

Comments:
4 x mile at 5k pace, hit 5:19, 5:18, 5:20, 5:10, felt like absolute shit on the first one but started to feel a little better the last few and even felt remotely strong by the end, the footing on the farside of towers was terrible cause of some ice and snow which was really annoying and tough to run on, got it done though and still able to hit the same times as during xc maybe even faster
