Barnes thought that I should xtrain today. My hammy is still a little tight too, it usually takes a few days… I went down to Veale to ESTEM after Chris and Brandon were done swimming. Did abs while waiting. I was there a while actually… After ESTEMing went up to Carlton to bike for 40 min. Just taking it easy to get my leg feeling better and getting my head back in the game. I have felt kinda out of it the past few days… I really want runninglog t come back online… Drew came by right as I finished biking. Stretch, roll, L7 back at the house
