Exercise Type: Run

Ok, getting a little pissed off that running log isn’t up yet… It is throwing me off. Anyways we had practice at 3 and we went out to the metroparks. It was a progression run. We started at the polo fields, then ran around some trails from what we did in the summer, then came back. Group ended up being me Steel Wyatt and paul z and aaron. We were planning on going 10. First and last miles were on the polo fields. Started w/ 23 min easy, 22 min steady state, then 18 min hard/ tempo. The trail was sooooooo muddy, shoes got wrecked, so we did what we could. I was def rolling by the end. Hammy felt a little tight there, but in the beginning, I couldn’t really feel it. It is getting better, feels sore. Ill keep ESTEMing on wed see how it feels tomorrow with heat.
Stretched a bit at the polofield after, then drove back to campus. Got in abs then iced and showered, since we were durty. Ate the awesome apple pie after ?.
