Weather: totally wet out, they insisted we go out, wasn't so bad afterall.

Comments:
Thur 20 mins warm up, 5 X 3 mins, 20 mins cool down with lunges and strides.

Did the first 2 mins of each interval at 5k pace, then pushed for the last min. 3 mins break between each. My Garmin died on this...

with PB and KB.
