Comments:
Pretty tough workout for a indoor track workout. 4 200s, 4 400s, 4 800s. The 400s were run fast. Everything else was race pace. I ran behind Robert, Tim, Ryan, and Dave. I felt pretty comfortable besides my shins, which still hurt.
