Comments:
Spent all day driving up to Chicago. Went straight to the course at Montrose Beach State Park on the water front. It wasnt too cold outside, but it was a little windy, especially on the lakefront. Ran around on the course. It was kinda lumpy. Its got lots of loops too. Looks gusty... After doing some of the loops, headed out to a light house, then back. Ended up being 5 prolly. Did 3 striders at the tine with Aaron and Wyatt, which felt pretty good. Legs felt good overall.
Stretch, L7 before heading back to the hotel. Do work.
