WU around the downtown area, took a gaze out the E9th Pier.
5:12, 5:25, 6:14 1.1. downhill 1st mile, flat 2nd mile, uphill 3rd mile. an OK effort, the temperature was cold, the last mile was uphill, I was alone, and I had the win in the bag from a mile in. I was hoping for a bit faster, but a win is a win when I had a 40 last night and slept all of 4 hours. Too much personal shit going on in my life to worry about sub-16:30
1st overall individual, FASTEST CO-ED LAW SCHOOL TEAM (which I'm most happy about), 2nd fastest co-ed team, 3rd fastest overall team. didn't feel like cooling down, so I didn't. My hip didn't give me trouble during the race, so I guess it's time to start building mileage and actually get back in shape and see if my hip continues to "hold up."
