Comments:
Fartlek up on north park and south park, 3 x 3 minutes hard, 4 x 4 minutes tempo, and 2 x 30s at the beginning and end. the 3 minutes were hard and the tempos felt light and smooth. Good workout. Back to Veale to stretch and roll. Abs, 2 x 20 Dips, Push-Ups, and hips at home.
