Reviewed the course at Montrose Beach, and then did some striders out from the start and into the finish. Feeling real good, and the course is beautiful. I'm liking the tunnel. Stretching.
Rollings, Abs, and Push-Ups bact @ the Hotel. Bring it on UAA.
